Neil Richardson - Helpdesk Analyst
My name is Neil Richardson and I have been working at the ITF for over 12 years now starting way back in March 2003.
My main role at the ITF is to provide first and second line technical support to ITF staff and the Inspectorate. When someone notifies us of a problem I work as hard and efficiently as I can to ensure that the problem is fixed so that they can continue their work. My day to day is becoming more and more varied, as well as helping users with any problems they raise I am increasing my knowledge around Network Infrastructure.
At the heart of what I do outside of the ITF is my family. I have an 8 year old daughter and have a son on the way due to be born in December. I am a keen supporter of Millwall FC and I try to get down to The Den as much as I can. I generally enjoy most sports, since I stopped playing football I have started to play darts for my local pub. My other passion is house music and I take a keen interest in history and politics.
Samantha A'boe - Head of Systems
My name is Samantha A’Boe and I am the Head of Systems within the ITF. I have been working in IT for 20 years and am a Prince 2 certified Project Manager. I love innovative technology and get excited when I can learn new software and identify areas we can implement improvements for our users. The Systems team are very committed to providing the best level of service we can and always strive to improve and exceed expectations. As a team we are happy, tight knit and laugh easily and often.
Outside of the ITF I have just taken up golf and am working on my putting, which is quite awful. I have a cat called Beryl, prefer red wine to white unless there are bubbles involved and love spending time with my friends and family
Kate Humphreys - Helpdesk Engineer
My name is Kate Humphreys and I have been working at the ITF for almost 7 years now. My main role is providing first, second and third line technical support to the ITF Staff and the Inspectorate.
I specialise in software support so cover CRM, the Finance applications and other internal applications. I also provide induction training to staff.
